By using NotesMosAIc you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.

What you can do

• Generate interactive simulations from your notes, ideas, and prompts. Share the links anywhere.
• Own the creative output — you retain rights to the notes you paste in and the sims you generate from them.
• Publish your sims publicly. Remix public sims from other creators.

What you can't do

• Generate sexually explicit, violent-toward-real-people, or illegal content.
• Scrape or abuse the sim-generation API beyond your tier's quota.
• Remove the "Built with NotesMosAIc" attribution on free-tier shared sims. Paid tiers can hide it.
• Misrepresent NotesMosAIc as your own product to third parties.

Free tier + paid tier

Free tier includes 5 simulation generations and 4 simulation edits per UTC day. Normal Mosa text and image prompts remain unlimited. The $5/basic plan and above unlock unlimited simulation generation and edits. Pricing is published in-app and may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee sim generation will succeed every time or that every sim will match your prompt perfectly. Don't use NotesMosAIc for life-critical decisions (medical, legal, etc.).

Termination

You can close your account any time (Settings → Account → Delete). We can terminate accounts that abuse the service; we'll tell you why.
