By using NotesMosAIc you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.

What you can do

• Generate interactive simulations from your notes. Use them in your classroom. Share the links with students.
• Own the creative output — you retain rights to the notes you paste in and the sims you generate from them.
• Publish your sims publicly. Remix other teachers' public sims.

What you can't do

• Generate sexually explicit, violent-toward-real-people, or illegal content.
• Scrape or abuse the sim-generation API beyond your tier's quota.
• Remove the "Built with NotesMosAIc" attribution on free-tier shared sims. Paid tiers can hide it.
• Misrepresent NotesMosAIc as your own product to third parties.

Free tier + paid tier

Free tier includes a generous daily sim quota visible in the app. Paid tiers remove quotas and add team/district features. Pricing is published in-app and may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee sim generation will succeed every time or that every sim will be pedagogically perfect. We're not liable for how teachers use sims in their classrooms. Don't use NotesMosAIc for life-critical decisions (medical, legal, etc.).

Termination

You can close your account any time (Settings → Account → Delete). We can terminate accounts that abuse the service; we'll tell you why.
