By using NotesMosAIc you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.
What you can do
Build working things from your notes, ideas, and prompts — trackers, games, worlds, pages. Share the links anywhere.
Own the creative output — you retain rights to the notes you paste in and to everything you build from them.
Publish what you build. Remix public builds from other creators.
What you can't do
Generate sexually explicit, violent-toward-real-people, or illegal content.
Scrape or abuse the build API beyond your tier's quota.
Remove the "Built with NotesMosAIc" attribution on free-tier shared builds. Paid tiers can hide it.
Misrepresent NotesMosAIc as your own product to third parties.
AI + generated content
NotesMosAIc uses AI (currently DeepInfra-hosted models) to generate and edit your builds and to power Mosa chat. The text and images you submit are sent to that provider to produce your result.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Verify anything important before you rely on it, and never use it for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for what you build and share with them.
You own what you create. To the extent AI output can be owned, we claim no rights to your builds — they are yours. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Generative models can produce similar output for different people, so we cannot guarantee your result is unique, and all output is provided "as is," without warranty.
Free tier + paid tier
Free tier includes 5 builds per UTC month and 15 edits per UTC day. Normal Mosa text prompts remain unlimited. The $5/basic plan and above unlock unlimited building and editing. Pricing is published in-app and may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee a build will succeed every time or that every build will match your prompt perfectly. Don't use NotesMosAIc for life-critical decisions (medical, legal, etc.).
Termination
You can close your account any time (Settings → Account → Delete). We can terminate accounts that abuse the service; we'll tell you why.
